生物发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道微生物菌群的影响

试验旨在研究生物发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道微生物菌群的影响.选取产蛋率与平均蛋重相近的43周龄健康蛋鸡18 000只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加5%的生物发酵饲料,试验期60 d.结果如下:①与对照组相比,试验组产蛋率升高,料蛋比、破蛋率及死淘率均有所降低.②第60天,试验组平均蛋重、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳重和蛋黄重均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),蛋壳厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).③与对照组相比,试验组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著升高(P<0.01).④与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡肠道厚壁菌门丰度增加,拟杆菌门丰度减少,肠道厚壁菌门/拟杆菌门(F/B)值升高,且群落多样性升高.由此可见,饲粮中添加生物发酵饲料能提高蛋鸡的生产性能,提高蛋品质,增强蛋鸡的抗氧化能力及免疫力,改善蛋鸡的肠道微生物菌群.因此,利用生物发酵饲料对改善蛋鸡生产性能及肠道健康具有重要意义,文章可为生物发酵饲料在蛋鸡饲粮中的推广应用提供参考.
Effects of Biofermented Feed on Production Performance,Egg Quality and Intestinal Microbiota of Laying Hens
The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of biofermented feed on the performance,egg quality and intestinal microflora of laying hens.A total of 18 000 healthy laying hens at 43 weeks of age with similar egg production rate and average egg weight were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups(6 replicates per group).The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental group was fed the basic diet with 5%fermented feed.The experimental period was 60 days.The results were as follows:① compared with the con-trol group,the egg production rate of the experi-mental group increased,and the feed to egg ratio,egg breakage rate and dead rate were reduced.②On the 60th day,the average egg weight,egg white height,yolk color,eggshell weight and yolk weight of the test group were all extremely significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the eggshell thickness was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).③ Compared with the control group,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities of the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05);malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05);and the immunoglobulin G(IgG)content was highly significantly increased(P<0.01).④ Com-pared with the control group,the experimental group of laying hens showed an increase in the abundance of the intestinal thick-walled phylum,a decrease in the abundance of the anaplastic phylum,an increase in the intestinal thick-walled phylum/anaplastic phylum(F/B)ratio,and an increase in the diversity of the community.It can be seen that the addition of biofermented feed to the ration can improve the pro-duction performance of laying hens,improve egg quality,enhance the antioxidant capacity and immunity of laying hens,and improve the intestinal microflora of laying hens.Therefore,it is important to use bio-fermented feeds to improve the performance and intestinal health of laying hens,and this paper can pro-vide a reference for the popularization and application of biofermented feeds in laying hens'diets.
