Research Progress on Nutritional Value of Fermented Broussonetia papyrifera and Its Application in Animal Production
Broussonetia papyrifera is a dioecious deciduous tree.It is a high-quality unconventional feed raw material.It can be fermented to improve its nutritional value,which is of great significance for ani-mal breeding production.This article summarizes the nutritional value,fermentation methods,selection of fermented microbial strains and changes in nutritional components,the use of fermentation additives and the application of fermented Broussonetia papyrifera in animal production,to provided some theoretical support for the promotion and demonstration of Broussonetia papyrifera as unconventional feed resources.
