木质纤维素降解菌及其在畜牧生产中的应用

随着人们饮食结构中动物性产品比例不断增加,畜牧业的发展呈现出良好势头,与此同时,饲料粮的需求也不断增多。目前大豆和玉米作为我国主要的饲料原料存在较大缺口,因此,需要寻找新的饲料资源以缓解饲料粮供应压力。木质纤维素作为一种丰富且容易获取的可再生资源,作为新饲料资源开发有很大前景。目前木质纤维素降解主要采用物理化学处理法、酶处理法和微生物处理法,近年来微生物处理法受到广泛关注。微生物能分泌多种降解酶有效促进木质纤维素降解,因此,微生物处理法的关键就在于筛选出可以降解木质纤维素的微生物,并综合配伍用于木质纤维素饲料的转化和降解。文章阐述了木质纤维素降解菌酶系和菌种分类,以期为木质纤维素降解菌在畜禽生产上的应用提供新的思路。
Lignocellulose Degrading Microbe and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production
With the increasing proportion of animal products in people's diet,the development of animal hus-bandry is thriving,and at the same time,the demand for feed is also increasing.At present,soybeans and corn are relatively scarce as feed.Therefore,it is necessary to look for new feed resources to alleviate the pressure on feed supply.Lignocellulose,as a rich and easily accessible renewable resource,has great prospects as a new feed resource.The degradation of lignocellulose mainly adopts physical and chemical treatment methods,enzyme treatment methods,and microbial treatment methods.In recent years,microbial treatment methods have attracted much attention.Microorganisms can secrete various degrading enzymes to promote the degrada-tion of lignocellulose.Therefore,the key to microbial treatment is to screen out microorganisms that can degrade lignocellulose and integrate them for the conversion and degradation of lignocellulose.This article elaborates on the enzyme system and strain classification of lignocellulosic degrading microbe,providing new ideas for the application of lignocellulosic degrading microbe in livestock and poultry production.
