基于Meta分析乳酸菌对蛋鸡生产性能的影响

试验旨在研究饲粮中添加乳酸菌(Lactobacillus,LAB)对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。在中国知网、维普、万方、Web of Science以及Pub Med等数据库中检索LAB水平对蛋鸡生产性能影响的相关文献。在确定的191篇文献中筛选,纳入15篇文献,通过Comprehensive Meta-Analysis V3软件对提取的数据进行Meta分析。选用随机效应模型计算标准化均数差(SMD)及其95%置信区间(CI)。由于各项指标均存在显著异质性,进行了亚组分析,探讨LAB对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。Meta分析结果表明:饲粮中添加LAB可以极显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率(SMD=2。213,P<0。001)及平均蛋重(SMD=1。521,P<0。001),极显著降低料蛋比(SMD=-1。310,P<0。001),对平均日采食量无显著影响(P=0。664)。剂量效应曲线表明,LAB的建议添加量为0。05%~0。10%。
Effects of Lactobacillus on Production Performance of Laying Hens Based on Meta-Analysis
This study aimed to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus(LAB)added to the diet on the perfor-mance of laying hens.The relevant literature related to the effects of LAB level on the production perfor-mance of laying hens was searched in the databases of CNKI,CQVIP,WANFANG,Web of Science,and Pub Med.A total of 15 kinds of literature were included after screening,Meta-analysis was performed on the extracted data by Comprehensive Meta-analysis V3 software.The random effects model was used to cal-culate the standardized mean sifference(SMD)and its 95%confidence interval(CI).Due to the significant heterogeneity of each index,subgroup analysis was conducted to explore the effects of LAB on the produc-tion performance of laying hens.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that:the addition of LAB in feed has been shown to extremly increase egg production rates(SMD=2.213,P<0.001)and average egg weight(SMD=1.521,P<0.001)in laying hens,and has also been demonstrated to notably decrease the feed-to-egg ratio(SMD=-1.310,P<0.001).However,it has not been found to have a significant effect on average daily feed intake(P=0.664).The dose-effect curve shows that the recommended addition amount of LAB is 0.05%-0.10%.
