不同比例全株青贮玉米对合作猪屠宰性能、器官指数、肉品质和经济效益的影响

试验旨在探究饲粮中添加不同比例全株青贮玉米对合作猪屠宰性能、器官指数、肉品质和经济效益的影响。选取健康状况良好、体重相近的断奶合作猪仔猪,随机分为4组,每组8头(公母各半),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组分别在基础日粮中添加5%、10%和15%全株青贮玉米。预试期7 d,正试期120 d。结果表明:试验2组胴体前宽、肥肉率显著高于对照组(P<0。05);试验2组背膘厚显著高于对照组与试验1组(P<0。05);各组间宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、胴体直长、胴体斜长、瘦肉率、胴体后宽、骨率、皮厚和眼肌面积差异不显著(P>0。05)。各试验组心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏等器官指数均与对照组差异不显著(P>0。05)。试验2、3组肉滴水损失显著高于对照组(P<0。05);试验2组大理石纹显著高于试验1组(P<0。05);试验2组肉色亮度和红度显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。对照组、试验1、2、3组每头猪增重效益分别为701。74、792。61、869。22、741。47元;与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组增重效益分别提高了12。95%、23。87%、5。66%,增重成本分别降低了1。10、1。65、1。28元/kg。综上所述,添加10%全株青贮玉米饲粮可提高合作猪屠宰性能、器官指数、肉品质和经济效益。
Effects of Different Proportion of Whole Plant Silage Corn on Slaughtering Performance,Organ Index,Meat Quality and Economic Benefit of Hezuo Pigs
This experiment was designed to investigate the effects of adding different proportions of whole plant silage corn to the ration on slaughter performance,organ index,meat quality and economic benefits of cooperative pigs.Weaned cooperative piglets with good health condition and similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups of 8 piglets(half male and half female),the control group was fed with the basal diet,and the test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3 were fed with the addition of 5%,10%and 15%whole-plant silage maize ration,respectively.The pre-test period was 7 d,and the formal test period was 120 d.The results showed that:the carcass front width and fat rate of test group 2 were sig-nificantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the backfat thickness of test group 2 was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group and test group 1(P<0.05).And the differences in the pre-slaughter live weight,carcass weight,slaughter rate,carcass straight length,carcass diagonal length,lean-ness,carcass back width,bone rate,skin thickness and eye muscle area among the groups were insig-nificant(P>0.05).The differences in the pre-slaughter live weight and carcass weight among the groups were not significant(P>0.05).The organ indices of heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney in each test group did not differ signifi-cantly from those of the control group(P>0.05).Meat drip loss in the test 2 and 3 groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);mar-bling was significantly higher in the test group 2 than that in the test group 1(P<0.05);and the meat color of the test 2 group was significantly higher than that of the test group 1 in terms of lightness and redness.And redness were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The weight gain benefits per pig in the control group,test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3 were 701.74 yuan,792.61 yuan,869.22 yuan and 741.47 yuan,respectively.Compared with the control group,the efficiency of weight gain of test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3 increased by 12.95%,23.87%and 5.66%respectively,and the cost of weight gain was reduced by 1.10、1.65 and 1.28 yuan/kg respectively.In conclusion,the addition of 10%whole-plant silage maize ration could improve the slaughtering performance,organ index,meat quality and economic benefits of cooperating pigs.
