白屈菜碱预混剂对肉种鸡生产性能及血清生化指标的影响

试验旨在探究白屈菜碱预混剂对肉种鸡生产性能及血清生化指标的影响。选用1 500只健康180日龄天府肉鸡种鸡,随机分为5组,每组300只,每组设6个重复,每个重复50只鸡。白屈菜碱预混剂1、3、5倍剂量组分别在基础日粮中按照0。05、0。15、0。25 g/kg(以白屈菜碱计)添加白屈菜碱预混剂;博落回组在基础日粮中按照0。03 g/kg添加博落回散预混作为阳性对照;空白组饲喂基础饲料。试验从180日龄开始,至236日龄结束,共计56 d。结果显示:①产蛋性能方面,各白屈菜碱预混剂试验组平均产蛋率均显著高于空白组(P<0。05),白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量组为最佳,且优于阳性对照的博落回组;各试验组平均蛋重有增长趋势,破蛋率有下降趋势,种蛋合格率均高于空白组,料蛋比均显著低于空白组(P<0。05),以白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量组为最佳,且除破蛋率外均优于博落回组。②孵化性能方面,各白屈菜碱预混剂试验组健雏率均显著高于空白组(P<0。05),各试验组的死胚率也均显著低于空白组(P<0。05)。③蛋品质方面,白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量组和博落回组蛋壳厚度显著高于空白组(P<0。05),白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量组、0。25 g/kg剂量组和博落回组蛋壳强度和蛋白高度显著高于空白组(P<0。05),各试验组哈夫单位显著高于空白组(P<0。05),以白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量组为最佳。④血清生化指标方面,白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量组、0。25 g/kg剂量组和博落回组丙二醛(MDA)水平显著低于空白组(P<0。05),各试验组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均高于空白组,阳性对照组最佳,白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量组与之相当(P<0。05),白屈菜碱0。25 g/kg剂量总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平显著高于空白组(P<0。05),各试验组血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)水平均显著低于空白组(P<0。05),ALT、AST水平随着白屈菜碱添加量的增加而降低。白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量、0。25 g/kg剂量组血清中三酰甘油(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)水平显著低于空白组(P<0。05),白屈菜碱0。15 g/kg剂量、0。25 g/kg剂量组血清中显著低于空白组(P<0。05)。由此可见,饲料添加适宜水平白屈菜碱预混剂能提高蛋黄色泽增强蛋品质,并且增强免疫功能、繁殖性能和抗氧化能力,降低肝脏运转负荷,减少脂类沉积,调节蛋白质代谢,从而改善肝脏和肾脏功能,以0。15 g/kg剂量组效果最佳。
Effects of Chelerythrine Premix on Production Performance and Serumbiochemical Parameters of Broiler Breeders
The experiment was designed to inves-tigate the effects of Chelerythrine premix on the production performance and serum biochemical indexes of broiler breeders.A total of 1 500 healthy 180-day-old Tianfu broiler breeders were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups of 300 chickens each,with 6 replicates of 50 chickens in each group.The 1,3 and 5 times dosage groups were supplemented with chelerythrine premix at 0.05,0.15 and 0.25 g/kg(in terms of chelerythrine)in the basal diet,respectively;the Macleaya cordata group was supplemented with Boluchui San premix at 0.03 g/kg in the basal diet as a positive control;and the blank group was fed with basal diets.The experiment started from 180 d and ended at 236 d,totaling 56 d.The results showed that:① in terms of egg production performance,the average egg production rate of each test group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and the 0.15 g/kg dosage group was the best one and was better than that of the positive control group,which was the Macleaya cordata group,and there was a tendency of increase in the average egg weight of the test groups,and there was a tendency of decrease in the rate of broken eggs,and the qualified rate of breeding eggs was higher than that of the blank group.The average egg weight of each test group tended to increase,the broken egg rate tended to decrease,the qualified rate of breeding eggs was higher than that of the blank group,and the feed-to-egg ratios were significantly lower than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and the 0.15 g/kg dosage group was the best one and better than that of the Macleaya cordata group,except for the broken egg rate.② In terms of hatching performance,the healthy chick rate of each chelerythrine premix test group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and the dead embryo rate of each test group was also significantly lower than that of the blank group(P<0.05).③ In terms of egg quality,the eggshell thick-ness of leucovorin 0.15 g/kg dosage group and Macleaya cordata group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and the eggshell strength and protein height of leucovorin 0.15 g/kg dosage group,0.25 g/kg dosage group and Macleaya cordata group were significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and the Haugh Units of each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05).The 0.15 g/kg dose group was the best.④ As for the serum biochemical indexes,the MDA levels of the 0.15 g/kg dose group,0.25 g/kg dose group and Macleaya cordata group were significantly lower than those of the blank group(P<0.05),and the SOD levels of the groups were higher than those of the blank group,with the best in the Macleaya cordata group,and the 0.15 g/kg dose group of the Macleaya cor-data group was the best,with the same levels as the 0.15 g/kg dose group(P<0.05),while the SOD levels of the groups were higher than the blank group,with the best in the Macleaya cordata group,and the best in the 0.15 g/kg dose group.The T-AOC level in the 0.25 g/kg dosage group was significantly higher than that in the blank group(P<0.05),and the serum levels of ALT AST and TC were significantly lower than that of the blank group in each experimental group(P<0.05),and the levels of ALT and AST were increased with the increase in the additive amount of chelerythrine.The levels of TG and urea BUN in the serum of the 0.15 g/kg and 0.25 g/kg dosage groups were significantly lower than those of the blank group(P<0.05).It can be seen that the addition of appropriate level of chelerythrine premix can improve the yolk color and enhance the egg quality,as well as enhance the immune function,reproductive performance and antioxidant capacity,reduce the hepatic load,reduce lipid deposition,regulate protein metabolism,and thus improve the function of the liver and the kidneys,and the best effect was found in the group with the dosage of 0.15 g/kg.
