中药残渣发酵添加剂对蛋鸡生产性能及抗氧化能力的影响

为研究中药残渣发酵添加剂对蛋鸡生产性能及机体抗氧化水平的影响,试验选取4 000只蛋鸡随机分成4组,在基础日粮中分别添加0、1%、2%、3%的中药发酵添加剂进行饲养试验后,对蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质以及血清抗氧化指标进行测定。结果表明:Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的产蛋率和平均蛋重显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0。05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的平均日采食量和料蛋比显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0。05),其中Ⅲ组的产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量更高,料蛋比更低,Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组间无显著差异(P>0。05);所有组的蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度无显著差异(P>0。05),但Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组蛋黄颜色均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0。05),Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组的哈氏单位显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0。05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组GSH-Px、SOD含量较Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著升高(P<0。05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的MDA含量较Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著下降(P<0。05)。综上所述,饲料中添加中药发酵添加剂可显著改善蛋鸡生产性能,提高机体抗氧化能力。添加2%与3%的中药发酵添加剂效果最佳,结合经济角度考虑,添加2%的中药发酵添加剂更为适宜。
Effects of Chinese Herbal Fermentation Additive on Performance and Antioxidant Ability of Laying Hens
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of Chinese herbal fermentation additive perfor-mance and antioxidant level of laying hens.A total of 4 000 laying hens were divided into 4 groups,and the laying performance,egg quality and serum antioxidant indexes of laying hens were measured after feeding experiment with Chinese herbal fermentation additive in the basal diet at the ratio of 0,1%,2%and 3%.The results show that the laying rate and average egg weight in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake and feed to egg ratio in groups Ⅲ andⅣ were significantly lower than those in groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in all the above indexes in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P>0.05);there were no significant differences in eggshell strength,eggshell thickness and protein height among all groups(P>0.05),but yolk color in groups Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05),and Haugh unit in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳwere significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰand Ⅱ(P<0.05).After the experiment,the con-tents of GSH-Px and SOD in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳwere significantly increased compared with groupsⅠ and Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the MDA content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly decreased compared with groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of Chinese herbal fermentation additive to the diets can effectively promote the production perfor-mance of laying hens and improve their antioxidant capacity.Under the experimental conditions,the effect of adding 2%and 3%of Chinese herbal fermentation additive is the best,and considering the economic per-spective,adding 2%of Chinese herbal fermentation additive is more suitable.
