硒在特种经济动物中应用的研究进展

摘要
硒是维持动物机体必需的微量矿物元素,参与多种硒蛋白的合成,作为抗氧化剂在机体抗氧化、免疫应答、生长发育和颉颃毒素等方面起到重要作用.特种经济动物是我国畜牧业的重要组成部分,也是近年来的研究热点,在经济、科研、医药等方面有着特殊意义.文章就硒在动物机体内表现的生理功能及其在特种经济动物生产性能、机体健康等方面的应用研究进行了综述,以期为在特种经济动物养殖中更好地推广硒补充剂提供一定的依据和参考,为我国特种经济动物产业顺利发展提供保障.
Abstract
Selenium is a vital trace mineral element for maintaining animal bodies.It participates in the syn-thesis of various selenium proteins.As an antioxidant,selenium significantly contributes to antioxidant activ-ity,immune response,growth and development,and detoxification in animals.Special economic animals hold great importance in China's animal husbandry sector and have become a prominent research focus in recent years.They hold special importance in economics,scientific research and medicine.This review the physiological functions of selenium in animal bodies and its applications in enhancing production perfor-mance and health of special economic animals,with the aim of offering a basis and reference for promoting selenium supplementation in breeding programs for special economic animals.
