Application of Natural Preservatives in Chicken Preservation
Because chicken is rich in nutrients and has high water content,it is easy to be contaminated by microorganisms in the process of processing and refrigeration,and its edible safety is greatly reduced.Adding preservatives is one of the most important measures to extend the shelf life of chicken.Compared with chemical preservatives,natural products derived from plants,animals and microorganisms have the properties of green,safety,health and extensive sources,and are increasingly favored by consumers.This paper summarized the application status of natural products in chicken preservation,which provides a theo-retical basis for the late natural products in chicken preservation.
