以黄精药渣为原料,优选固态发酵生产蛋白饲料工艺条件.采用单因素试验和响应面试验优化混合菌协同复合酶发酵制备蛋白饲料工艺条件.最佳工艺条件为:料液比0.55 g/mL,发酵pH为4.5,纤维素酶添加量0.26%,木聚糖酶添加量0.05%,产朊假丝酵母添加量9.90%,白腐菌添加量7.50%,发酵温度37℃.在最优工艺条件下,黄精药渣发酵产物的粗蛋白含量为19.79%、粗纤维含量为3.87%,粗蛋白含量增加9.17%,粗纤维含量降低3.08%.混合菌协同复合酶固态发酵黄精药渣可提高粗蛋白含量,同时降低粗纤维含量,为蛋白饲料的制备提供了新方向.
Technological Conditiongs Optimization of Protein Feed Production from Polygonum Residues by Solid State Fermentation
To optimize the process conditions for the production of protein feed by solid-state fermentation with Polygonati rhizoma residue as raw material.The single factor test and response surface test were used to optimize the process conditions for the preparation of protein feed by mixed bacteria and compound enzyme fermentation.The optimal process conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 0.55 g/mL,fermenta-tion pH value 4.5,cellulase addition 0.26%,xylanase addition 0.05%,Candida utilis addition 9.89%,Pha-nerochaete chrysosporium addition 7.50%,fermentation temperature 37℃.Under the optimal process condi-tions,the crude protein content of Polygonum residue was 19.79%,and the rude fiber content of Polygonum residue was 3.87%,with an increase of 9.17%in crude protein content and a decrease of 3.08%in crude fiber content.The solid-state fermentation of Polygonatum sibiricum residue by mixed bacteria and com-pound enzyme can increase the content of crude protein and reduce the content of crude fiber,which pro-vides a new direction for the preparation of protein feed.
