本文在分析食品安全国家标准GB 14881-2013《食品生产通用卫生规范》的基础上，论述了条款间的内在联系，提供了一种标准的理解思路，以期帮助企业系统掌握标准对食品生产的基本要求，并准确运用标准解决实际问题。
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the national food safety standard GB 14881-2013 General Hygienic Regulation for Food Production, this paper illuminates the inner-relationship of the items, as well as provides a new way for various enterprises to systematically understand this standard’s requirements, and addressing practical problems of food productions.
