Abstract
Based on the analysis of the national food safety standard GB 14881-2013 General Hygienic Regulation for Food Production, this paper illuminates the inner-relationship of the items, as well as provides a new way for various enterprises to systematically understand this standard’s requirements, and addressing practical problems of food productions.
