摘要
产品伤害事故收集、消费品召回监管、预防产品伤害事故发生,长期困扰产品安全监管部门.文章以日本《生活消费品安全法》修订前后的日本产品伤害事故数据和消费品召回数据为基本素材,分析日本产品伤害事故信息报告和公告制度对消费品召回的影响,以期对我国产品安全监管提供借鉴.
Abstract
The collection of product injury accidents,the regulation of consumer product recalls,and the prevention of product injury accidents have long plagued product safety regulatory authorities.The paper takes the Japanese product injury accident data and consumer product recall data before and after the revision of Japan's Consumer Goods Safety Law as the basic materials to analyze the impact of Japan's product injury accident information reporting and disclosure system on consumer product recalls,with a view to providing reference for China's product safety supervision.
