数字经济下国际贸易标准信息预警技术研究

摘要
本文从标准信息的角度研究了数字经济下国际贸易的规则之争,分析了数字贸易规则及壁垒的发展现状,以及我国与数字贸易壁垒主要模板的异同性.初步提出了数字贸易标准信息预警技术,以应用场景的形式给出了发展数字贸易和应对国际标准竞争的路径建议,为开展相关定性定量分析及大数据预警提供一定的研究基础.
Abstract
This paper studies the dispute over the rules of international trade in the context of digital economy from the perspective of standards information,analyzes the development status of digital trade rules and barriers,as well as the similarities and differences between China and the main templates of digital trade barriers.The early warning technology of standards information for digital trade is preliminarily proposed,and suggestions on the path to develop digital trade and cope with the competition of international standards are given in the form of application scenarios,providing a certain research basis for relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis and big data early warning.
