企业知识产权管理模式标准化研究
Research on the Standardization of Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Models

知识经济的形成与发展,从本质上改变了企业的生存方式,知识产权拥有数量与管理水平成为企业的核心竞争力之一.然而,由于企业知识产权管理模式缺乏统一的标准,制约了企业知识产权管理水平的提升.为此,本文以企业知识产权管理模式(集中式、交叉式、分散式与复合式)为切入点,探究了企业知识产权管理模式标准化原则(综合性原则、动态性原则、针对性原则与创新性原则),并从小型、中型与大型不同规模企业角度出发,制定企业知识产权管理模式标准化策略.实证结果表明,企业知识产权管理模式标准化策略应用后,小型企业、中型企业与大型企业知识产权拥有数量与经济效益得到了显著提升,证实了企业知识产权管理模式标准化策略的有效性.
Abstract
The formation and development of knowledge economy has essentially changed the survival way of enterprises,and the number of intellectual property rights and management level have become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises,however,the lack of a unified standard for enterprise intellectual property management mode has restricted the improvement of enterprise intellectual property management level.To this end,this paper takes the enterprise intellectual property management mode(centralized,cross,decentralized and composite)as the entry point,explores the standardization principles of enterprise intellectual property management mode(comprehensive,dynamic,targeted and innovative principles),and formulates the standardization strategy of enterprise intellectual property management mode from the perspectives of small,medium-sized and large enterprises respectively.The empirical results show that the number of intellectual property rights and economic benefits of small,medium and large enterprises have been significantly improved after the application of the standardization strategy of enterprise intellectual property management model,which proves the effectiveness of the standardization strategy of the enterprise intellectual property management model.
