本文剖析了标准化支撑政务服务"一网通办"的作用及相关政策要求,总结了政务服务"一网通办"标准化建设成效和存在问题,构建了上海政务服务"一网通办"标准体系框架,并提出了深化上海政务服务"一网通办"标准化建设的对策建议.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the role of standardization in supporting the online-onsite convenient government services and relevant policy requirements,summarizes the effects and existing problems of the standardization work in this aspect,constructs a standards system framework of online-onsite convenient government services in Shanghai,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the standardization work in this aspect.
