摘要
船舶供应是指为船舶提供航程保障类产品和必备物资的供应链服务行业.目前,全球大部分船东和船舶供应企业普遍采用国际海事采购协会(IMPA)发布的分类与编码标准,以此开展船舶物料产品采购与供应.为了进一步推动航运服务功能创新,提升船舶综合服务保障能力和国际航运事务话语权,本文通过梳理国内外相关产品分类标准,研究建立了适用于我国实际的船舶供应物料产品分类编码方案,为解决船舶供应行业的痛点、堵点,填补中国船舶供应行业空白,重塑国际船舶供应产业链提供支撑.
Abstract
Ship supply refers to a special category of supply chain service that focuses on maritime industry and provides technical stores,spare parts,goods and materials to the ships to support their safe voyage.By far,most of the shipowners and supply management companies are referring the marine store guide book which issued by the International Maritime Procurement Association(IMPA)to carry out the global procurement for the daily operations.In order to boost the innovation of marine service functions,improve the comprehensive service guarantee capability of ship supply,and enhance the discourse power of international shipping affairs,this paper reviews the relevant product classification standards at home and abroad,and establishes a classification and coding system for ship supply materials that is suitable for China's situation.This provides support for solving the pain points and bottlenecks in the ship supply industry,filling the gap in China's ship supply industry,and reshaping the international ship supply industry chain.
