摘要

基于锻焊结构铬钼钢制反应器产品质量分级标准的制定与创新需求,通过对影响锻焊结构铬钼钢制反应器本质安全的关键因素进行分析,得出了标准性能测试指标的设置思路,以现行国家标准、行业标准为基础,结合多年来检验实践积累的数据库,创新性设置了性能测试指标及其量化分级范围,并对标准的可操作性进行了分析.

Abstract

Based on the development and innovative needs of the quality grading standard for cr-mo steel forge welding reactor,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the intrinsic safety of the reactors,and derives the ideas of setting the standard performance test indicators.Based on the current national and sectoral standards,combined with databases accumulated over many years of inspection practice,it innovatively sets performance testing indicators and their quantitative grading ranges,and explains the operability of the standard.
