生态设计作为环境管理工作的重要工具,对于组织降低生产成本,满足法律法规义务,降低其活动、产品和服务的环境影响有着重要意义.同时,出于对气候变化、资源枯竭和污染等问题的关注,生态设计对于组织建立竞争优势并取得长期成功至关重要.为此,ISO/TC 207/SC 1于2020年1月正式发布了ISO 14006:2020《环境管理体系 引入生态设计的指南》国际标准.本文重点介绍了ISO 14006:2020国际标准的总体框架,阐释了关键术语和定义,并对重点技术内容进行了研究分析,旨在使我国组织更好地理解ISO 14006:2020国际标准的核心思想与技术要旨,从而有助于相关组织依据ISO 14006:2020国际标准所提供的方法将生态设计引入环境管理体系并进行有效管理.
Abstract
As an important tool of environmental management,eco-design is of great significance for organizations to reduce production costs,meet legal obligations and reduce the environmental impact of their activities,products and services.Due to concerns about climate change,resource depletion,and pollution,eco-design is essential for organizations to foster a competitive advantage and achieve long-term success.In January 2020,ISO published ISO 14006:2020,Environmental management systems-guidelines for incorporating eco-design,which was developed by ISO/TC 207/SC 1.This paper mainly introduces the general framework of ISO 14006:2020,explains the key terms and definitions,and analyzes the key technical contents,to help our organizations better understand the core ideas and technical essentials of ISO 14006:2020,and help them introduce and manage eco-design into environmental management systems in accordance with the approach provided by ISO 14006:2020.
