摘要
本文从定襄法兰特色专业镇的背景和定位出发,阐述了其在当地经济和社会发展中的重要地位和对标准化建设的需求,探讨了定襄法兰特色专业镇标准体系的构建原则,包括各子体系的划分原则,并详细阐释了各子体系的边界范围,最后提出推进定襄法兰特色专业镇标准体系优化完善和实施的具体建议,包括加强标准制修订工作、完善标准实施与监督机制、强化标准体系建设的保障措施等方面,旨在为定襄法兰特色专业镇的规范化发展和提升整体竞争力提供理论支撑和实践指导.
Abstract
This paper starts from the background and positioning of Dingxiang flange characteristic specialized town,expounds its important position in the local economic and social development and the demand for standardization,discusses the construction principles of the standards system of Dingxiang flange characteristic specialized town,including the division principles of each sub-system,and explains the boundary range of each sub-system in detail.Finally,it puts forward specific suggestions for the optimization and implementation of the standards system of Dingxiang flange characteristic specialized town,including strengthening the work of standards revision,improving the standards implementation and supervision mechanism,and strengthening the safeguard measures for the construction of the standards system,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the standardized development of Dingxiang flange characteristic specialized town and enhance the overall competitiveness.
