Optimization of Pretreatment Methods for Pesticide Residue Detection Turmeric
The medicinal value and edible value of turmeric are very high, and the market prospect is broad. There are large-scale cultivation of turmeric in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City.Due to the main edible root parts of turmeric,it is easy to absorb residues through soil and water during the growth process.Due to the low concentration of agricultural residues in turmeric, complex sample matrix and complex pre-treatment operation,pre-treatment technology is particularly critical in pesticide residue analysis. This method is optimized for the detection of pesticide residues in turmeric based on the current mainstream pretreatment QuECHERS method. At the same time, the parameter conditions of gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry are optimized, and an accurate, effective, simple, fast, economic and environmental protection detection method for agricultural residues is established to reduce the detection cost of enterprises.
