2023年9月,习近平总书记在黑龙江考察调研期间提出"新质生产力"这一新概念,新概念的提出对标准化领域是新的课题.2024年7月1日,公安部技术监督委员会批准发布的智慧停车"新"标准GA/T 761-2024《停车库(场)安全管理系统技术要求》正式实施.本文在这一背景下,分析了智慧停车行业现状,对智慧停车"新"标准进行解读,探讨了"新"标准对智慧停车的影响,提出了标准推动新质生产力发展的策略.
Abstract
In September 2023,during his inspection in Heilongjiang province,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the new concept of"new quality productive forces",which is a new topic for the standardization field.On July 1,2024,the Technical Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Public Security released the new standard for smart parking,GA/T 761-2024,Technical specifications for security management system in parking lots,which was officially implemented.In this context,this paper analyzes the current situation of the smart parking industry,interprets the new standard for smart parking,explores its impact on smart parking,and proposes strategies for standards to promote the development of new quality productive forces.
