Analysis of the Policies on Converting Scientific and Technological Achievements into Technical Standards in China and Its Enlightenment for the Meteorological Sector
This paper analyzes 59 policy documents related to the conversion of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards,which are issued by the state,ministries,and local governments between 2015 and 2024,in light of the current interaction between scientific advancements and standard development in the meteorological sector,and then offers recommendations for optimizing policy formulation.
