As a fundamental standard of the standards system,the grading and classification standard is the prerequisite and foundation for the development of other technical standards.GB/T 44013-2024,Emergency shelters—Grading and classification defines the content and technical requirements for the classification and grading of emergency shelters,providing unified indicators for the full life cycle management of shelter planning,design,construction,management,and use.This study gives a brief overview of the development background of the national standard,explains in detail the main content and technical indicators of the standard,and points out the importance of its publication and implementation,aiming to facilitate the understanding of users and promote its widespread use.
