钻井液用氯化钾纯度快速检测方法研究

钻井液用氯化钾产品质量检测执行标准GB/T 7118-2008,该标准方法存在效率低、成本高、试剂毒性强等问题.本文开发并优化出一种氯化钾纯度快速检测新方法—ICP-OES法,并通过优化调整仪器参数、试样溶液在配制过程的称量转移步骤、混合标准溶液配制浓度与杂质离子进样浓度、标准溶液储存容器等4项不稳定影响因素,进一步提高检测精度与检测效率.相较于标准检测方法,优化后ICP-OES法检测结果相对标准偏差降低0.03%,检测效率提高5倍,今后可作为一种替代技术检测氯化钾纯度.
Study on Rapid Detection Method of Potassium Chloride Purity for Drilling Fluid
At present,the quality inspection standard GB/T 7118-2008 is implemented for potassium chloride products used in drilling fluid in the petroleum industry.This standard method has some problems such as low efficiency,high cost and strong reagent toxicity.In this paper,a new rapid detection method of potassium chloride purity-ICP-OES method is developed,and the detection accuracy and efficiency are further improved by optimizing and adjusting instrument parameters,weighing and transferring steps of sample solution in the preparation process,mixing the preparation concentration of standard solution with the injection concentration of impurity ions,and the storage container of standard solution.The optimized ICP-OES method was applied to the determination of potassium chloride content.Compared with the standard method,the relative standard deviation of the results was reduced by 0.03%,and the detection efficiency was increased by 5 times.The detection process takes water as the solvent and does not involve any toxic and harmful reagents.
