摘要
低空经济是前景广阔的战略性新兴产业之一,也是新质生产力的典型代表.无人机是低空经济的核心环节,在电网工程中已得到广泛应用.本文聚焦电网工程无人机应用领域的国际标准化工作,重点剖析IEEE SA组织架构和标准的编制流程,梳理了IEEE AerCom标委会电网工程无人机应用领域标准开发现状,为更多的中国企业参与国际标准工作提供路线和方法.
Abstract
Low-altitude economy is one of the strategic emerging industries with broad prospects and a typical representative of new quality productivity.UAS is the core of low-altitude economy and has been widely used in power grid engineering.This paper focuses on the international standardization work in the field of UAS application for power grid engineering,analyzes the organizational structure and standard development process of IEEE SA,and reviews the state-of-the-art of IEEE AerCom Standard Committee on UAS applications of power grid engineering,so as to provide routes and methods for more Chinese enterprises to participate in international standards work.
