中国电力技术标准在海外工程的应用现状及挑战

习近平总书记指出,世界需要标准协同发展,标准促进世界互联互通.随着"一带一路"建设走深走实、行稳致远,越来越多的中国电力企业"走出去",中国电力企业在"走出去"过程中,实现了从装备输出到技术输出、管理输出的转变,中国电力标准在推动中国电力企业参与"一带一路"方面的作用越发凸显.虽然中国电力企业有着成本和技术优势,但在标准方面往往受制于西方.经济全球化的今天,本文从中国电力标准在海外工程中的应用现状分析入手,总结应用的成功经验,提出中国标准推广面临的挑战,并提出优化倡导建议.
Abstract
Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out that the world needs coordinated development of technical standards,and technical standards promote global connectivity.As the Belt and Road initiative goes deeply and steadily,more and more Chinese power enterprises are"going global".In this process,Chinese power enterprises have realized the transformation from equipment output to technology and management output.The role of Chinese power standards in promoting Chinese power enterprises to participate in the Belt and Road is becoming increasingly prominent.Chinese power companies have cost and technological advantages.In today's economic globalization,this paper starts with an analysis of the current application status of Chinese power standards in overseas projects,summarizes the successful experience of application,points out the challenges faced by the promotion of Chinese standards,and proposes suggestions for improvement.
