摘要
针对电网设备技术标准条款内容存在差异问题,提出了一种基于特征和语义的电网设备技术标准差异分析方法.该方法通过条款特征提取、特征语义分析、特征权重评定和条款差异分析4个环节,有效解决传统文本相似度计算方法适用性不足的问题.进一步对电网设备技术标准条款结构化,分析挖掘条款间存在的差异情况.通过真实标准条款进行实验,将本文方法同其他算法比较,结果表明本文所提方法在相似度计算方面优于其他参与比较算法,并能指出条款的差异情况.
Abstract
To solve the problem of differences in the content of technical standards for power grid equipment,a feature and semantic-based method for analyzing the differences of technical standards for power grid equipment was proposed.This method solves the problem of insufficient applicability of the traditional text similarity calculation method through four aspects:feature extraction,feature semantic analysis,feature weight evaluation and clause difference analysis.It further structures the technical standard clauses on power grid equipment,and analyzes the differences between the clauses.The results show that the proposed method is better than other algorithms in terms of similarity calculation,and can point out the differences of the terms.
