Research on and Application of the Total-factor Coupled Management Model of Science and Technology Innovation
With the accelerated evolution of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,scientific and technological innovation,as the core element,has become the most important driving force for economic and social development.Science and technology innovation across multiple fields,disciplines and links,involving research projects,standards,patents,talents,laboratories,engineering and other elements.How to build a scientific and efficient science and technology innovation system,promote the interactive development of standardization and scientific and technological innovation,and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of science and technology innovation has become an important object of research and content of enterprises and academics.This paper,from the perspective of science and technology innovation factor management,the comprehensive use of coupling theory,cluster management,synergy theory and other methods,proposes to build science and technology innovation all elements of the coupled management model,and through the superconducting electric power application case to explain the model of the development process and the implementation of the effect,with a view to promoting the standardization of electric power enterprises and scientific and technological innovation interactive development,and providing a scientific and efficient methods and paths for the optimization of scientific and technological innovation system.
