摘要
本文以国家电网有限公司技术标准体系为前提,以省级电网公司实际发展为基础,建立技术标准实施评价管理体系建设.将技术标准体系与电网的发展与运行相结合,创新优化辨识、培训、监督检查机制,不断提升省级电网公司技术标准实施落地应用水平.
Abstract
Under the premise of the technical system of State Grid Corporation of China and on the basis of the development of provincial branches,this paper aims to establish a system covering technical standards and evaluation management.With the combination of systematic technical standards and Grid's current development and operation,it proposes to optimize their work including recognition,training and supervision,so as to continuously promote he provincial branches'application of technical standards into operation.
