为提升企业治理能力和管理现代化水平,结合电力企业特点,对标准体系创建方法进行深入研究,通过不断实践和改进,完成电力企业标准化创建工作,本文以实际经验总结了适用于电力企业的标准化创建思路以及建设与实践过程中总结出的创新方法.
Abstract
In order to enhance the governance capability and modern management level of enterprises,combined with the characteristics of power enterprises,this paper conducts in-depth research on the method of establishing a standards system.Through continuous practice and improvement,the standardization work of power enterprises makes progress.This paper summarizes the standardization construction ideas applicable to power enterprises and the innovative methods summarized in the practical experience.
