本文旨在探讨研究如何提升企业标准化管理水平、促进技术标准的实施落地、满足国家标准化改革等要求.针对电网企业于标准化实践方面,存在着对标准制定较为重视,然而在实施环节却关注不足、监督力度也较为薄弱的问题,以国网江苏省电力有限公司南通供电分公司技术标准实施和监督评价为例,重点分析其机制构建、标准执行、监督检查和问题反馈4个方面的先进做法,为电网企业开展标准化监督评价提供参考路径.同时,基于其典型经验,提出技术标准实施与监督评价建议,为电网企业提升标准化管理水平提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
The paper aims to discuss how to improve enterprise's standardization management level,and promote the application of technical standards,so as to meet the requirements of the national standardization reform.The companies of the State Grid often attach importance to standards development,but pay little attention to standards implementation with weak supervision.Taking Nantong Power Supply Branch of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company as an example,the paper analyzes its advanced experience in four aspects of mechanism construction,standards application,supervision and examination,and feedback,providing reference for other companies to carry out the supervision and evaluation of standardization work.It also puts forward suggestions in this aspect,providing reference for State Grid companies to improve the standardization management level.
