Methods and Reflections on the Supervision and Evaluation of Technical Standards Implementation in Research and Development Enterprises
With the advancement of technology and the development of society,standards play an increasingly important role in promoting economic and social development.From improving product quality,promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading,to regulating market order,promoting international trade and cooperation,etc.,the development and implementation of standards are indispensable.Although the standards development is important,if the standards are not promoted and implemented,they will be just decorations on the shelf.Therefore,the implementation of standards is the ultimate goal,and the supervision and evaluation of standards implementation is an important means to ensure implementation,and improve product quality,which is also an important component of standardization work.This paper starts from the problems encountered by research and development enterprises in the supervision and practice of technical standards implementation,explores the methods adopted by large research and development enterprises in the process of technical standards implementation,improves the implementation of standards,and enhances project research and development efficiency by strengthening the implementation of standards.
