摘要
技术标准实施监督评价有助于促进技术标准有效落地实施,充分发挥技术标准对电网高质量发展的支撑和保障作用.本文以国网江苏省电力有限公司宿迁供电分公司为例,从领导作用、标准体系的建立、标准实施与监督、结果评价与改进等方面系统阐述技术标准实施监督评价工作的实施路径,为其他供电企业开展标准化监督评价提供参考,从而推动供电企业专业管理质效提升.
Abstract
The supervision and evaluation of the implementation of technical standards can help promote the effective implementation of technical standards,and fully play their supporting and guaranteeing role in the high-quality development of the power grid.This paper takes State Grid Suzhou Power Supply Company as an example to systematically explain the path of technical standard implementation supervision and evaluation from the aspects of leadership role,establishment of standards system,standard implementation and supervision,result evaluation and improvement.It provides reference for other power supply enterprises to carry out standardized supervision and evaluation,thereby improving the professional management quality and efficiency of power supply enterprises.
