企业管理培训技术标准体系构建初探

摘要
企业管理培训技术标准体系建设是推进教育培训高质量发展的重要基础.目前,国际国内企业管理培训的相关技术标准层出不穷,但其标准体系尚未建立,迫切需要加强顶层设计.同时,构建标准体系相关的理论方法众多,对于初次开展此项工作的人员,如何科学高效地开展构建工作也是亟待解决的首要问题.基于此,本文对国际国内管理培训领域标准发布情况进行了系统梳理分析,探索建立了技术标准体系构建模型和企业管理培训技术标准体系框架,并开展了部分标准制修订工作,以期为培训标准化建设提供借鉴,为企业管理培训高质量发展提供更好技术支撑.
Abstract
The construction of the technical standards system for enterprise management training is an important foundation for promoting the high-quality development of education and training.At present,there are numerous technical standards related to enterprise management training both domestically and internationally,but the standards system has not yet been established,and there is an urgent need to strengthen top-level design.At the same time,there are numerous theoretical methods related to building standards system.For personnel who are carrying out this work for the first time,how to scientifically and efficiently carry out the construction work is also the primary issue that urgently needs to be solved.In such context,this paper systematically reviews and analyzes the international and domestic standards in the field of management training,explores the establishment of a technical standards system construction model and a technical standards system framework for enterprise management training,and carries out the development and revision of some standards,in order to provide reference for training standardization construction and better technical support for the high-quality development of enterprise management training.
