以高质量标准支撑保障特高压变压器核心材料取向硅钢国产化应用成功实践

高等级取向硅钢作为关键基础材料被列入"中国制造2025战略"目录,是实现我国特高压直流换流变压器等重要电力装备自主保障、避免受制于人的重点发展方向.我国特高压变压器取向硅钢曾长期被日本新日铁及韩国浦项等少数跨国企业垄断,标准空白是制约铁心材料国产化应用的关键技术瓶颈之一.本文主要介绍了国网公司企业标准特高压直流换流变压器用取向硅钢的研究过程、创新内容、工程实践、推广应用情况.该标准实施以来,支撑国产取向硅钢在±800kV白鹤滩-浙江、±1100kV准东-皖南等13项特高压直流工程的532台换流变产品中实现应用,国产化率现已达100%,彻底解决了高等级取向硅钢"卡脖子"问题,成为以高质量标准引领支撑国产材料在关键电力装备中应用的典型案例.
Successful Practice of Domestic Application of Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel as Core Material for Ultra-High Voltage Transformer Supported by High Quality Standards
High grade grain-oriented(GO)silicon steel,as a key basic material,has been included in the catalog of the"Made in China 2025 Strategy".It is a key development direction to achieve independent support for important power equipment such as ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)converter transformers in China,and avoid being controlled by others.GO steel for UHVDC transformers in China was once monopolized by a few multinational companies such as Nippon Steel and POSCO for a long time,and lacking of standard was one of the key technical bottlenecks restricting the localization.This paper introduces the research process,innovative content,engineering practice,and application of an enterprise standard of State Grid Corporation of China on GO silicon steel.Since the implementation of this standard,domestic GO steel has been applied in 532 converter transformers of 13 UHVDC projects,including±800kV Baihetan Zhejiang and±1100kV Zhundong Wannan.The localization rate has now reached 100%,completely solving the bottleneck problem of high-grade GO steel.This has become a typical case of leading the application of domestic materials in key power equipment with high-quality standards.
