摘要

面临新型电力系统转型的挑战,将科技成果转化为技术标准是电力企业的迫切需求.本文依据《国家标准化发展纲要》中提到的相关科技成果转化为标准机制的实施依据,对新型电力系统科技创新成果的基本特性和技术标准化的关键基础进行了详细的分析,深入研究了成果转化流程中的实践思路和建议措施.这为实现"共性关键技术和应用类科技计划项目形成标准研究成果"的目标提供了参考,为促进科技成果向技术标准的高效转化提供了重要的方法和路径.

Abstract

Faced with the challenges of the transformation of the new power system,there is an urgent need for power enterprises to transform scientific and technological achievements into technical standards.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the basic characteristics of technological innovation achievements in the new power system and the key foundations of technical standardization,based on the implementation of the mechanism for transforming relevant scientific and technological achievements into standards mentioned in the National Standardization Development Outline.It deeply studies the practical ideas and recommended measures in the process of achievement transformation.This provides reference for achieving the goal of forming standard research results for common key technologies and applied science and technology projects,and provides an important method and path for promoting the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards.
