摘要

在新型电力系统中,配电系统是关键角色,技术标准的实施为配电网系统的运行控制提供了标准化的规范和要求,能够有效推动产业技术水平提升和技术创新进步.本文针对新型电力系统的挑战和需求,分析了配电网在运行控制和故障处理等方面的业务基础和流程,并建立了配套的技术标准规范体系,有助于指导配电网领域的科技研发和精确规划标准,进而为新型电力系统的优质发展奠定坚实的基础.

Abstract

In the new power system,the distribution system plays a key role.The implementation of technical standards provides standardized specifications and requirements for the operation and control of the distribution network,which can effectively promote the improvement of industrial technology levels and technical innovation.This paper addresses the challenges and demands of the new power system,and analyzes the foundational processes and operations of the distribution network in terms of operation control and fault handling.It also establishes a supporting technical standards framework,which helps guide technological research and development and precise planning standards in the distribution network field,laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the new power system.
