The paper analyzes the background of the international standard IEC TR 63282,LVDC systems-Assessment of standard voltages and power quality requirements,specifies the division rules for voltage bands and power quality phenomena,provides suggestions for evaluating standard voltage and power quality requirements,and showcases LVDC system cases in Tongli,China and Amsterdam,the Netherlands.The paper aims to help readers better understand the standard.
