国外关键技术团体标准发展经验及启示

摘要
团体标准是国家标准体系的重要组成部分,其市场主导、创新趋向的属性,决定了其必将成为我国标准化体系中的重要一环.本文在界定关键技术团体标准的概念后,梳理了中国关键技术领域发展的情况,结合国外发达国家团体标准管理模式,制定流程及案例分析,提出了中国关键技术领域团体标准高质量发展的启示和思路.
Abstract
Association standards are an important component of the national standards system,and their market-oriented and innovative nature determines that they will become an important part of China's standardization system.After defining the concept of key technical association standards,this paper makes an overview of the development of China's key technology fields.Combined with the management mode of association standards in developed countries,the process and case analysis are made,and suggestions and ideas for the high-quality development of China's key technical association standards are proposed.
