Analysis and Exploration of the Current Standards for New-Style Tea Drinks Labeling Information
In recent years,the new-style tea drinks industry has been expanding rapidly,attracting a large number of consumers with its innovation and market vitality.Consumers are increasingly concerned about product quality,ingredient sources and nutritional and health information when they are faced with a wide variety of tea drink choices.As the key disclosure method of product quality,ingredient source and nutritional information,the number of researches about its label information is very limited.This paper conducts market research through field visits,online interviews and questionnaires,and analyzes the data by using three-level coding with rooted theory.It is found that the labeling information disclosure of many new tea drinks stores has problems such as low transparency,unreasonable content,unclear and unstandardized labels.In this regard,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the layout of new-style tea drink label information,information traceability,and the establishment of hierarchical labeling system by using the standardization means.
