标准化赋能粤港澳大湾区高质量发展——以食品"湾区标准"为例

摘要
2019年党中央、国务院发布《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》,粤港澳大湾区建设正式升格为国家战略.标准作为经济活动和社会发展的技术支撑,对高质量发展具有基础性、战略性和引领性作用.本文从标准化的角度,以食品"湾区标准"为例,阐述研制食品"湾区标准"的必要性,梳理以高品质食品为核心的食品"湾区标准"体系建设现状,讨论在食品领域如何通过标准化推动粤港澳大湾区高质量发展,旨在进一步提升食品"湾区标准"的影响力.
Abstract
In 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council released the Outline for the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,officially upgrading the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to a national strategy.Standards,as the technical support for economic activities and social development,play a fundamental,strategic and leading role in high-quality development.From the perspective of standardization and taking the Bay Area standards for food as an example,this paper expounds the necessity of formulating these standards,analyzes the current situation of the construction of the Bay Area standards for food system with high-quality food as the core,and discusses how to promote the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the field of food through standardization,in order to further enhance the influence of the Bay Area standards for food.
