新能源汽车动力电池回收的标准化研究

为满足绿色环保及可持续发展的需要,随着汽车技术不断革新,新能源汽车应运而生.新能源汽车动力电池作为新能源汽车的重要组成部分,其回收管理问题受到政府、企业和社会公众的广泛关注.通过调研发现其回收的过程中,有多数废旧动力电池流入不正规的小作坊或者技术不成熟的小企业,而这些作坊与企业往往存在着电池拆卸、储存、运输不规范从而引发事故、二次高价倒卖废旧电池等恶性现象,此外一些新能源汽车企业在废旧动力电池回收的过程中也存在很多不规范的操作.针对上述问题,通过实地调研法、问卷调研法、线下访谈法等方法了解肇庆市新能源汽车动力电池回收的现状,并与国家标准进行比对分析,找出其存在的问题,并提出针对性对策,通过对新能源动力电池进行标准化的回收与管理,降低不必要消耗,为绿色可持续发展尽绵薄之力.
Research on Standardization of Power Battery Recycling for New Energy Vehicles
In order to meet the requirements of green environmental protection and sustainable development,new energy vehicles have emerged with the continuous innovation of automotive technology.As an important component of new energy vehicles,the recycling and management of power batteries for new energy vehicles has received widespread attention from the government,enterprises,and the public.Through investigation,it was found that most of the waste power batteries flow into informal small workshops or technologically immature small enterprises in the process of recycling.These workshops and enterprises often have vicious phenomena such as non-standard battery disassembly,storage,and transportation,which can lead to accidents and secondary high price resale of waste batteries.In addition,some new energy vehicle companies also have many non-standard operations in the process of recycling waste power batteries.In response to the above issues,methods such as field research,questionnaire survey,and offline interviews were used to understand the current situation of new energy vehicle power battery recycling in Zhaoqing City.Comparisons and analyses were made with national standards to identify existing problems and propose targeted countermeasures.By standardizing the recycling and management of new energy power batteries,unnecessary consumption can be reduced,and efforts can be made to promote green and sustainable development.
