Functional evaluation of disaster prevention of urban disaster preventional parks——with Yuehu Park in Changsha City as an example
Nowadays,urban disaster preventional parks planning and design has become a major issue in the construction of modern urban.By analysis of the function and action of disaster preventional park,this article introduces the necessity and fundamental content of functional evaluation of disaster prevention and combining the evaluation and investigation of scale,surrounding environment,shelters,disaster preventional evacuation passage,infrastructure and disaster preventional plants of the Yuehu Park constructed recently in Changsha City,the article points out the defects of the Yuehu Park' s disaster prevention function,and proposes the proposal to perfect the planning and design of urban disaster preventional park and realize the effect of disaster preventional parks in urban disaster prevention system.
