New Progress in seismic resilience assessment of urban structures
The urban structure is a crucial carrier for cities to resist earthquake disasters,and its seismic resilience requires the ability to quickly restore structural usability under earthquake action.Through seismic resilience assessment,the structural earthquake damage and recovery level can be quantitatively reflected,which can provide a basis for formulating strategies to enhance the resilience of urban structures.This article aims to systematically review the current research status of urban structural seismic resilience assessment.Firstly,the basic concept of structural seismic resilience is introduced,and the research results of urban structural seismic resilience assessment are summarized from four aspects:resilience indicators,resilience models,resilience levels,and resilience assessment in domestic and foreign studies.Secondly,the development trend of urban structural seismic resilience assessment is discussed.Previous studies have shown that research on structural seismic resilience assessment has made significant progress in efficient assessment methods and sophisticated resilience models,but still faces many challenges,such as a lack of resilience assessment engineering practice cases and imperfect function recovery models.Finally,future research directions are discussed to provide references for subsequent urban structural seismic resilience assessment research.
