IROOT BP和Dycal在年轻恒牙直接盖髓治疗中的临床效果分析

摘要
目的 研究在年轻恒牙直接盖髓治疗中采取IROOT BP和Dycal的价值.方法 方便选取2021年1月—2022年9月苏州工业园区星塘医院收治的接受直接盖髓治疗的患儿86例(86颗年轻恒牙),根据随机数表分为两组,参考组(43例)采用Dycal直接盖髓术,研究组(43例)实施IROOT BP直接盖髓治疗.比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子、牙齿功能、牙髓活力、随访结果、不良反应.结果 术后6个月,两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后12个月,研究组临床有效率为95.35%,高于参考组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.074,P=0.044).术后7 d,研究组龈沟液炎症因子水平低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组牙齿功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后6个月,研究组牙髓活力优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后12个月,研究组随访结果优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组不良反应发生率低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在年轻恒牙直接盖髓治疗中IROOT BP和Dycal均具有良好的治疗效果,可以促进牙齿功能恢复,IROOT BP拥有更好的远期疗效,有助于减轻炎症反应,保持牙髓活力,减少不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To study the value of adopting IROOT BP and Dycal in the direct pulp capping treat-ment of young permanent teeth.Methods 86 children(86 young permanent teeth)admitted to Xingtang Hospi-tal of Suzhou Industrial Park for direct pulp capping from January 2021 to September 2022 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the randomized number table,with Dycal direct pulp capping used in the reference group(43 cases),and IROOT BP direct pulp capping implemented in the study group(43 cases).Clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,tooth function,pulp vitality,follow-up results,and adverse ef-fects were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 months after surgery,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 12 months after surgery,the clinical efficacy rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of the reference group,which was 81.40%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.074,P=0.044).At 7 days after surgery,the gingival sulcus fluid inflammatory factor level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference be-tween the two groups in terms of tooth function(P>0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the pulp vitality of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Twelve months after surgery,the follow-up results of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Both IROOT BP and Dycal have good treatment effect in direct pulp capping of young permanent teeth,which can promote the restoration of tooth function,and IROOT BP has better long-term efficacy,which can help to reduce the inflammatory response,maintain pulp vitality,and reduce the adverse reactions.
