利湿逐瘀通脉汤辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果分析

摘要
目的 探究利湿逐瘀通脉汤辅助治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果.方法 方便选取2021年5月—2022年12月河池市中医医院收治的96例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(常规对症治疗)、观察组(常规对症治疗基础上辅以利湿逐瘀通脉汤),各48例;对比两组临床总有效率、实验室检查结果、下肢血液循环状况及肿胀程度、下肢功能.结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(95.83%vs 81.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.031,P<0.05).观察组下肢血液循环状况、肿胀程度改善好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 利湿逐瘀通脉汤的辅助效果更理想,有利于缓解患者下肢凝血功能,调节D-二聚体水平,以及改善下肢血液循环及肿胀程度,加速肢体功能恢复.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Lishi Zhuyu Tongmai decoction in the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.Methods 96 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis admitted to Hechi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided according to the random number table method into control group(conven-tional symptomatic treatment)and observation group(based on conventional symptomatic treatment,improve the dampness and dampness),with 48 cases each.The total clinical response rate,laboratory examination re-sults,blood circulation status and swelling degree,and lower limb function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.83%vs 81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.031,P<0.05);the improvement of blood circulation and swelling of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05);the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale score was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The auxiliary effect of Lishi Zhuyu Tongmai decoction is more satisfactory,which is beneficial to alleviate the patients'lower limb coagulation function,regulate the level of D-dimer,as well as improve the blood circu-lation of the lower limb and the degree of swelling,accelerate the recovery of limb function.
