分析补阳还五汤治疗帕金森病的临床疗效

摘要
目的 分析在帕金森病治疗中采用补阳还五汤的临床疗效.方法 方便选取2021年6月—2023年2月南京市高淳中医院神经内科收治的56例帕金森病患者为研究对象,采用双盲法按照1:1比例分配原则,将患者分为观察组(28例)与对照组(28例).对照组采用常规的治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上联合补阳还五汤进行治疗.对比两组中医证候积分、血清相关指标水平、综合评分、治疗有效率.结果 治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分各项得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的血清相关指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组综合评分比较,观察组评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(82.14%),但差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.653,P=0.419).结论 对帕金森病患者采用补阳还五汤的治疗方法具有显著效果,在一定程度上对临床治疗效果产生有利影响,改善治疗效果以及患者各项能力,缓解临床症状并调整血清水平.
Abstract
Objective Analyzing the clinical efficacy of using tonifying yang and restoring five soups in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods 56 Parkinson's patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Nanjing Gaochun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to February 2023 were conve-niently selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the observation group(28 cases)and the control group(28 cases)using the double-blind method in accordance with the principle of 1:1 ratio alloca-tion.The control group was treated with conventional treatment methods,and the observation group was treated on the basis of the control group with the combination of Buyang Huanwu decoction,comparison of the two groups in terms of TCM evidence points,serum-related index levels,composite scores,and treatment effective rate.Results After treatment,all scores of TCM evidence points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The serum-related index levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).The comprehensive score of the two groups was compared and the score of the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment rate of the observation group(92.86%)was higher than that of the control group(82.14%),and the difference was not statistically sig-nificant(χ2=0.653,P=0.419).Conclusion The treatment method of Buyang Huanwu decoction for Parkinson's patients has a significant effect,and to a certain extent,it has a powerful influence on the clinical therapeutic ef-fect,improves the therapeutic effect as well as the patients'various abilities,relieves their clinical symptoms and to adjust their serum levels.
