创伤性尺骨骨折使用微创钢板内固定术治疗的效果分析

摘要
目的 探讨微创钢板内固定术治疗创伤性尺骨骨折的效果.方法 回顾性选取2020年6月—2023年6月在南通市海门区人民医院接受治疗的74例创伤性尺骨骨折患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式分为对照组与微创组,各37例.对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,微创组采用微创钢板内固定术治疗,记录与观察两组的围手术期指标、治疗效果与并发症发生情况.结果 微创组住院时间、切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).微创组术后 3 个月的总有效率(97.30%)高于对照组(83.78%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.945,P<0.05).微创组术后3个月的并发症发生率为2.70%,与对照组的21.62%比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.045,P<0.05).结论 微创钢板内固定术治疗创伤性尺骨骨折可以减少创伤,缩短住院时间,安全性较好,能够加快康复进程.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive plate internal fixation on traumatic ul-nar fracture.Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with traumatic ulnar fracture who received treatment in Haimen District People's Hospital of Nantong City from June 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into control group and minimally invasive group according to treatment methods,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction plate internal fixation,and the mini-mally invasive group was treated with minimally invasive plate internal fixation.Perioperative indicators of the two groups were recorded and observed to determine the treatment effect and complications.Results The hospi-tal stay,incision length,operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the minimally invasive group were bet-ter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effec-tive rate in the minimally invasive group was 97.30%,which was higher than 83.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.945,P<0.05).The incidence of complications 3 months after sur-gery was 2.70%in the minimally invasive group compared with 21.62%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.045,P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treat-ment of traumatic ulnar fracture can reduce trauma,shorten the hospital stay,improve the safety and speed up the rehabilitation process.
