二氧化锆修复体和金属修复体在口腔修复治疗中的应用比较

摘要
目的 探究口腔修复治疗期间,二氧化锆修复体、金属修复体的应用效果.方法 随机选取2021年11月—2023年4月单县中心医院收治的90例口腔修复患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各45例.对照组予以金属修复体,研究组予以二氧化锆修复体,分析两组口腔咬合力、咀嚼效果、口腔评分、修复效果.结果 研究组咬合力、咀嚼效果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组牙龈指数、菌斑指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组修复效果(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.049,P<0.05).结论 口腔修复期间二氧化锆修复体的应用效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of zirconium dioxide restorations and metal res-torations during oral restorative treatment.Methods A total of 90 patients with dental restoration who were ran-domly admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from November 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metal prosthesis,and the study group was treated with zirconia prosthesis.The oral bite force,chewing effect,oral score,and repair effect of the two groups were analyzed.Re-sults The bite force and chewing effect of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The gingival index and plaque index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The repair effect of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.049,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of zirconia restoration in dental rehabilitation is significant.
