微型钛板内固定与颌间结扎牵引治疗下颌骨骨折的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨微型钛板内固定与颌间结扎牵引治疗下颌骨骨折的临床效果.方法 随机选择2018年8月—2023年8月费县人民医院口腔科收治的80例下颌骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分组,对照组(n=40)以颌间结扎牵引治疗,观察组(n=40)以微型钛板内固定.比较两组治疗优良率,分析面部功能及牙周指标,并比较并发症风险.结果 观察组优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).治疗后,观察组各项面部功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组菌斑、软垢、牙龈指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对下颌骨骨折以微型钛板内固定治疗优良率高于颌间结扎牵引治疗,有利于改善面部功能、牙周指标,可降低并发症发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of miniature titanium plate internal fixation and inter-maxillary ligation traction in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods Eighty mandibular fracture pa-tients admitted to the Feixian People's Hospital from August 2018 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and grouped by random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with inter-maxillary ligature traction,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with internal fixation with miniature ti-tanium plates,comparing the treatment excellence rate of the two groups,analyzing the facial function and peri-odontal indexes,and comparing the risk of complications.Results The excellent and good rate of the observa-tion group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).After treatment,the facial function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The plaque,soft scale and gingival indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The excellent rate of miniature titanium plate internal fixation treatment for mandibular fractures was higher than that of inter-maxillary ligation traction treatment,which is conducive to the improvement of facial function and periodontal index,and can reduce the risk of complications.
